Celebrate the Season at the Jessup Farm Harvest Festival

Fall is arriving at Jessup Farm Artisan Village, and we are celebrating with live music, family activities, local vendors, festive contests and seasonal food and drink specials.

Join us for the Jessup Farm Harvest Festival on Saturday, September 19, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Bring the family, invite your friends and spend the day enjoying everything that makes fall in Northern Colorado so special.

Live Music Throughout the Festival

The Harvest Festival will feature two live performances:

Performing on the Sugar Beet Saloon Stage

And be sure to stop by Sugar Beet Saloon at 7pm when Flat Top Rider takes the stage.

Family-Friendly Fall Activities

Young festival guests can meet friendly animals at the petting zoo and enjoy pony rides from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.

The Plaza will also feature local vendors from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., offering even more to discover throughout the day.

Fall Dog Parade & Costume Contest

Dress up your four-legged friend and join the Fall Dog Parade & Costume Contest, hosted by Moore Animal Hospital.

The contest takes place from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, with registration beginning at 10 a.m. at the Moore Animal Hospital tent in the Plaza. The costume parade and judging begin at 10:45 a.m.

Dogs can compete in several categories, including Best Fall-Inspired Costume, Most Creative Costume, Cutest Costume, Funniest Costume, Best Dressed Dog & Owner Duo and Best in Show. Every registered dog will receive a free doggie goodie bag, and ribbons will be awarded in each category.

Blue Ribbon Contest

Home bakers and makers are invited to share their favorite recipes during the Blue Ribbon Contest, hosted by The Farmhouse at Jessup Farm.

Contest categories include cinnamon rolls, cookies, jam or jelly, pies and breads. Entries will be accepted beginning at 10 a.m., judging starts at 11 a.m. and winners will be announced at 1 p.m.

Advance registration is required by 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 17. Contest details and registration are available here.

Vote for Your Favorite Scarecrow

Jessup Farm merchants have been working hard to create their own signature scarecrows, and now it is your turn to be the judge.

Explore the village, check out each creative display, and cast your vote for your favorite scarecrow. Voting will be open September 19 through September 30 here.

Seasonal Food and Drink Specials

Come hungry. Sugar Beet Saloon, The Farmhouse, PizzaVino, and Josh & John’s Ice Cream will offer food and drink specials throughout the day.

Sugar Beet Saloon will be featuring an All Day Happy Hour in addition to their famous Pulled Pork Sandwich with Baked Beans and Potato Salad. And don’t forget to try their seasonal drinks.

Josh and John’s Ice Cream will be releasing their Pumpkin Cheesecake Cinnamon Swirl at the Harvest Festival. And Bindle Coffee will be launching their fall drink menu featuring new pastries.

Pizza Vino has created the pizza to top all pizzas; Come try the Happy Fall Ya’ll Pizza. Let’s just say that it starts with a butternut squash puree base, and then there’s ricotta, smoked stracciatella, sliced apples, sliced Prosciutto di Parma, caramelized onions, and topped with crispy fried pasta strips – oh my!!

Whether you are craving a seasonal meal, a refreshing drink, a slice of pizza, or something sweet, there will be plenty of delicious reasons to stay and enjoy the festival.
