Some of the best days at Jessup Farm Artisan Village aren't measured by how many people stop by, they're measured by the memories they create.
Paws & Pints was one of those days.
On a beautiful Saturday morning, the village was filled with wagging tails, friendly faces, and neighbors gathering to celebrate something we all have in common: a love for our pets and our community. Dogs explored the plaza with their families, local businesses welcomed visitors with pet-friendly treats and specials, and every corner of the village seemed to have another reason to smile.
The most meaningful moment of the day happened under the Animal Friends Alliance tent.
Throughout the morning, families lined up to meet the adoptable puppies, spending time playing, cuddling, and learning about each dog's story. By the end of the event, one lucky puppy had found a forever home.
That single adoption was a reminder of why community events like this matter. They create opportunities for local organizations like Animal Friends Alliance to connect with families in a relaxed, welcoming environment and sometimes, those connections change a life.
We're incredibly grateful to Animal Friends Alliance for partnering with us and for the amazing work they do every day to help animals find loving homes. Seeing one of their dogs leave Jessup Farm with a new family was easily one of the biggest highlights of the event.
Of course, the fun didn't stop there.
Bark Busters kept dogs entertained with a crowd-favorite game of bobbing for tennis balls, while Soul Dog Training introduced visitors to one very lovable husky and shared tips with dog owners interested in training. Colorado Kitty Coalition brought along Goose, a friendly cat who quickly became a celebrity for the morning, winning over everyone who stopped by to say hello.
One of the best surprises of the day came from CC's Flowers. Their beautiful flower crowns turned into one of the most popular stops at the event as visitors dressed up their dogs for photos around the village. Everywhere you looked, pups were proudly sporting colorful blooms, creating picture-perfect moments that captured the fun and personality of the day.
Just across the plaza, Moore Animal Hospital helped everyone beat the summer heat by serving puppy snow cones with peanut butter rims, an instant favorite among four-legged visitors.
And because no visit to Jessup Farm is complete without great food, shopping, and drinks, guests spent the afternoon enjoying Yappy Hour specials throughout the village. Families grabbed pizza and local beer at PizzaVino, treated their pups to Josh & John's famous Scoopy Snacks, stopped for pup cups from Bindle Coffee and The Farmhouse, cooled off with treats from HEYDAY , and explored all of the unique shops that make Jessup Farm such a special place.
What made Paws & Pints so memorable wasn't just the activities or the specials, it was watching people connect. Friends caught up over lunch while their dogs played together. Families wandered from shop to shop discovering local businesses. Kids met puppies and learned about pet adoption. Local organizations, merchants, and neighbors all came together to create a morning that felt uniquely Jessup Farm.
That's what this village has always been about.
Jessup Farm is more than a collection of shops and restaurants. It's a place where community comes first, where local businesses support one another, and where families can gather to create lasting memories, whether that's over dinner on the patio, at a seasonal event, or while celebrating the newest member of a family finding their forever home.
